Smt. Vidyatai Chavan entered Nationalist Congress Party in the year 2004. She was working in party to with focus to serve the deprived sections of the society especially in the slums of Mumbai and women's rights. in 2007 she was elected as a municipal councillor from ward no 36 in Mumbai. She was appointed as Nationalist Mahila Congress State President in the year 2010. She became member of legislative council in the year 2011 and was serving on that post till 2020. She has now been appointed as Nationalist Mahila Congres State President on 5th May 2022. Vidya tai is constantly working towards the goal of women empowerment keeping Pawar SahebтАЩs vision in mind. She has been continuously raising her voice by taking a stand on Women issues. She has made it clear that she will continue to address the issues of women in future too.

Inspired by Supriya Tai, young women in Maharashtra started raising awareness and then the social transformation in Maharashtra got a new direction. Yuvati Melava's were held at various places in the state by this cell. It has taken a step further towards women empowerment. Yuvati cell is providing a fair opportunity for many women to come forward. The Nationalist Congress Party is the only party in Maharashtra that has set up such a cell to encourage young women. With the participation of young women in politics and sociology, new equations have begun to emerge on the political horizon.

He started his work in National Congress Service from 1985 as Ward President. In the year 1999, Dr.Janba Maske was appointed as Nagpur Sevadal President of NCP. After that, in the following period, he worked in the service as regional coach, chief organizer, regional working president. Dr. Janba Sankararao Maske will be determined to bring the disciplined program of Seva Dal to the last element of every village under the guidance of Hon. Pawar Saheb.

A few years ago, the number of cyber-crimes had increased alarmingly in Maharashtra. The Nationalist Congress Party took initiative and set up a legal cell to identify and reduce these crimes. This legal cell played an important role in solving many cybercrime cases by registering them and following up with the Police department. Adv. Ashish Deshmukh has been given charge of this cell.
